Mayda Cabo is a dedicated legal assistant with over 31 years of experience in real estate law and title insurance. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of the closing process, she plays a key role at Lopez Teal Real Estate Law & Title by managing pre-closing and post-closing documentation. Her expertise ensures that every transaction is handled smoothly, giving clients peace of mind as they move through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

Before joining Lopez Teal, she worked in the title division at 24 Asset Management. With an early career in banking, she brings a strong financial background to her work, allowing her to navigate real estate closings with efficiency and accuracy.

As a public notary, Mayda provides additional support in the closing process, always prioritizing client satisfaction. She is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals and takes pride in making each transaction as seamless as possible. Originally from Cuba, Mayda has lived in Miami for over 45 years. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
